Home Brew Thermostatic Heat Pad

This heater pad is an essential piece of home brew equipment required to create a perfect beer, wine, cider, kombucha or bread. Temperature control is the single most important factor in achieving great fermentation results. Alongside digital thermostat, the set includes two stick on brewing thermometers to allow better temperature monitoring.

Brewing Mate Thermostatic Heat Pad has a temperature probe and a temperature control unit allowing you to dial in the exact fermentation temperature to keep the yeast healthy and thriving.
*Remember, fermentation may stall in lower temperatures and in high temperatures the yeast will produce off flavours.

Our 30cm home brewing heat pad mat fits demijohns, 5 gallon beer fermenters, and larger vessels. The heat pad is splash proof, but please ensure it is not submerged in water. To avoid any damage to delicate surfaces please place the pad on a piece of cloth or a tea towel. 

This heat mat can be also used for proofing bread. Simply place your bread starter or bread basket on the heating mat to kick start the fermentation and second dough rise. Our brew pad has safety shut off mechanism which cuts off power at 50C to avoid overheating.

The heat pad can also be used to melt chocolate, warm food plates as well as germinate seedlings and plants.
