Home Brew Heat Pad

This heater pad is the an essential piece of home brew equipment required to create a perfect beer, wine, cider or kombucha. Temperature control is the single most important factor in achieving great fermentation results. The set includes two stick on brewing thermometers to monitor the temperature.

Brewing Mate Heat Pad has a variable power output thermostat allowing you to dial in the exact fermentation temperature and keep the yeast healthy and thriving. Remember, in low temperature fermentation may stall and in high temperature the yeast will produce off flavours.

Our 30cm home brewing heat pad fits demijohns, 5 gallon beer fermenters, and larger vessels, The heat pad is splash proof but please ensure it is not submerged. To avoid any damage to delicate surfaces place the pad on a cloth.

This heat mat can be also used for proofing bread. Simply place youb bread on the heating mat to kick start fermentation. Our brew pad is has safety shut off mechanism which cuts off power at 50C to avoid overheating.
